Thank you for shopping with Plant Lab Collective! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.
SHIPPING AREA
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items; if there is an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you by email.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during periods of high order volume, holidays, or due to circumstances outside our control. If we experience a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier's service levels. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. However, we want to help if something goes wrong:
- Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not received: Please first check around your delivery location and with neighbors or household members, then allow 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. If it still hasn't arrived, contact us and we will do our best to assist.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error after placing your order, email us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com immediately — we will try to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed.
