Return & Refund Policy

At Plant Lab Collective, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number or order confirmation email is sufficient).

To start a return, contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For verified issues, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the new item. If you’d prefer a direct exchange for the same item (for example, a replacement of a damaged product), contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at plantlabcollective@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been accepted or has shipped. If your order has already shipped, you may return it in accordance with this policy once it arrives.
